Reports are delivered digitally via WhatsApp and email as soon as they are ready from the lab. Depending on the test, reports are typically available within 4–24 hours of sample collection. For urgent tests, same-day reports are available on request.
Fasting is required for certain tests such as blood sugar (fasting), lipid profile, and some liver function tests — typically 8 to 12 hours of fasting. Our team will clearly inform you at the time of booking whether fasting is needed for your specific tests. We offer early morning slots precisely for fasting tests.
Absolutely. Our certified phlebotomists use only single-use, sterile needles and vacutainer tubes for every collection. All equipment is disposed of safely after use. The phlebotomist wears gloves throughout and follows standard infection control procedures to ensure complete safety.
